1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed
1 container sour cream
1 big or 2 small pkg cream cheese
1 pkg. powdered ranch dip mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and about 3/4 pkg. dip mix. (to taste).
Mix til mostly smooth. If spinach is froze can microwave to thaw. With 2 plates: put spinach on one- lay other plate on top to squeeze all water out. Make sure spinach is dry. Mix spinach with other mixture- mix well- ready to eat or can chill. Serve with crackers, veggies, or chips.
