1. 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
2. 1/2 chicken stock, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt
3. 12 cups chicken broth, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
4. 1 cup ancini de pepe noodles
5. 2-3 cups fresh spinach
6. Meatballs (combine the following ingredients)
1 lb ground chuck
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
splash olive oil
crushed garlic- as much as you like

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 and 2 in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
In pot, add 3 and bring to a simmer.
While simmering, roll the meatballs small and drop into the broth.
Simmer 25-30 minutes.
Add the chicken from the crock pot and stock. (I shred up the chicken a little bit)
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add pasta and simmer 10 minutes.
Add spinach and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
