1 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1c. flour
1 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together; margarine, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add egg, salt, vanilla, peanut butter, baking soda, flour and oatmeal. Mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350ºF. Do not overbake. While warm, frost with: 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. peanut butter, and enough milk to make it creamy. (A plastic knife cutes bars much better when they are warm.)
