1 package wanton wrappers
8 oz cream cheese
Vegetable oil for shallow frying
optional chocolate chips

Directions:
Using water and your finger, wet all sides of wrapper. apply a small dollop of cream cheese in middle, fold over into a triangle and "gel" sides together. place on cookie sheet. Heat 1 inch oil to 365º in large frying pan. Gently place filled triangles in oil. Turn after 1 min then remove after 30 seconds when golden brown.
Optional fill with 6-7 chocolate chips for a great dessert

Tip: Don't use too much cream cheese or you won't be able to seal the edges
