1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup butter
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce container Cool Whip
Two packages instant vanilla pudding or any other flavor
3 cups milk
One small carton whipping cream or more Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix flour, crushed pecans, and butter. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar thoroughly. Add Cool Whip and blend in. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Mix two packages instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Set in refrigerator for several hours. Spread with whip cream or Cool Whip and add crushed nuts or shaved chocolate if desired.
