8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 can Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
¼ c. key lime juice, or lime juice
one ready-made graham cracker pie shell
1 container (small) Cool Whip®

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and ½ can of milk, slowly pour in lime juice, and the remaining milk until thickened. Pour into pie shell and chill for about 3 hours. When set, smooth Cool Whip on top. Eat and enjoy!

I added 3 drops of green food coloring once and it had a nice lime color! This archive recipe recovered by Philip Kropf.
