1 1/2 lbs chicken breast I (cook first) cut into 3/4 inch cubes
5 cups water
3 cups chicken broth
2 to 3 ribs celery chopped
1 chopped onion
2 cans mushroom
1 cup chopped zucchini
2 oz tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic , pressed
1 cup pearl barley
Salt and pepper throw some salt over shoulder like Rachel Ray for Good Luck.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. A tasty healthy soup.
