2 C. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 C. Jack or Colby Jack cheese, shredded
½ small pkg of Velveeta—softened and cut into small cubes
1-2 T. sweet relish
1 large jar pimento
Hellman's Mayo to consistency

Mix cheeses and relish. Add mayo. Chill.
For added flavor sprinkle garlic on top.
