1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground sirloin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 diced med onion
1 clove minced garlic
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 can black beans with juice
1 can niblet corn and juice
1 oz pkg taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
In medium heavy pot, heat oil. Add the ground sirloin and brown. Add onion and garlic cook for 5 min. Add canned tomatoes, tomato
sauce, beans, corn and tacos seasoning mix. Cook for 30 min longer.

In a bowl serve taco soup topped with sour cream or plain yogurt
cheese and crumbled taco shells .
