2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
⅔ C. milk
1 can cream style corn
2 chopped jalapeños
6 oz. cheese, shredded or sliced
1½ lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Grease 9X13 inch pan. Beat eggs slightly in bowl. Add cornbread mix, milk and corn. Pour half of cornbread mixture into 9x13 inch pan.Sauté hamburger and onion, drain and place on top of cornbread mixture. Add jalapeños and cheese. Pour the other half of cornbread mixture on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
