Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

2 c. cooked chicken
16 oz. salsa
3 c. heavy cream
5 chicken bullion cubes
1 c. sour cream (optional...hahahaha)
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Olive oil for frying tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the chicken with the salsa
Heat cream and dissolve the bullion
Fry the tortillas in oil
Dip the tortillas in the milk mixture
Fill each tortilla with 2-3 tbs of chicken mix and roll them up
Place seam side down in baking pan
If using sour cream add it to cream sauce
Pour sauce over enchiladas
Add cheese on top
Bake 25-30 minutes
