1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Caramel and Toffee/Butterscotch Ice Cream Topping
1 Medium Container Cool Whip
4 Heath or Skor Candy Bars, crushed to crumbles.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box, and bake in a 9 X 13 pan. Allow to cool for ˝ to 1 hour. Poke the entire cake with holes about every half inch throughout the surface. A meat fork works well for this. Slowly pour the condensed milk over the entire cake allowing it to soak into the holes. Drizzle the surface with the Caramel and Toffee topping. Sprinkle on half of the crushed candy bars. Frost this with the entire container of Cool Whip. Drizzle over more of the Caramel and Toffee topping, sprinkling the remainder of the crushed candy bar over the top.
