Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One 4-pack Pillsbury Buttermilk Refridgerator Biscuits

Cinnamon Sugar (I use 2 tsps cinnamon in 2/3 cup granulated sugar)

1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream

One Stick Margarine

½ Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut biscuits into quarter bites (I have a scissor I use for food ONLY). Lightly coat with the Cinnamon sugar mixture and layer into a buttered bundt pan. Combine together the ice cream, margarine, brown sugar, and the remaining cinnamon sugar. Melt in the microwave stirring together a couple times while doing so and then pour the warm mixture evenly over the quartered, cinnamon sugar coated biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or when tops are golden brown in color. Remove from oven and allow to set for about 5-10 minutes, then carefully invert on a tray or large platter with a rim to catch any excess caramel solution. Serve warm.
You can make this up the night before and keep it covered in the refridgerator until the morning and then bake it so it is fresh and warm to serve to your family or guests.
I put it in the oven while the oven preheats to help warm it up from the refridgerator.
