1 pound round steak
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke, optional

For 5 pounds of meat you would adjust the recipe using 10 ounces of soy sauce, 5 ounces of Worchester sauce and 1 cup brown sugar.

Mix all ingredients for marinade together, cut meat into strips and soak overnight. Put in dehydrator until dry, making sure not to over dry the meat.
