1 rump roast, any size
2 packages Italian dressing mix
2 packages dry onion soup mix
Deli rolls, or your favorite kind
Salt and pepper to taste. (May want to add more to your sandwich and Au jus.)

Optional ingredients...
sliced pepper jack cheese or whatever kind of cheese you love
Grilled onions
Grilled mushrooms
Butter to broil on the rolls before assembling sandwich

Directions:
Place the roast in your crockpot. Cover the roast with water. Empty the four packets of seasoning on the roast. Cook on high overnight. Assemble your sandwich as desired. Dip sandwich in some of the juice. Enjoy!
