Tater Tots
Can of cream of mushroom soup
Can of cream of chicken soup
Small container of sour cream (you can use ranch dressing instead of sour cream if you prefer)
Shredded chicken (I use the rotisserie chicken from the store and pull it apart)
Steamed head of broccoli chopped and diced pretty fine
Shredded cheese

-Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray
-fill the bottom with tater tots (can be frozen)
-mix a can of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and small container of sour cream together in a mixing bowl (you can use ranch dressing instead of sour cream if you prefer)
-add shredded chicken (I use the rotisserie chicken from the store and pull it apart)
-add a steamed head of broccoli chopped and diced pretty fine
-layer the tater tots with the mixture and cover it with shredded cheese.
-Bake covered on 350 for 45 minutes and uncover and bake for another 5-10
