Ingredients:  
1 cup of chopped Vidalia onions (any sweet onion will do if you can't find Vidalia)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
(1 minced garlic clove and a dash of hot sauce are optional...I usually don't add these)

Directions:
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and scoop into baking dish.
Bake at 375 for about 25 mins, or until golden brown on top.

Serve with your favorite dippers (I like pita chips or Ritz cracker chips)
