1 large can
Sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup self rising
Flour
3/4 cup milk

Directions:

Melt 1 stick butter in 9x13 glass pan in oven that is preheating to 350 degrees.

In separate bowl mix flour, milk, sugar with whisk until blended.

Pour batter in and out from outside of glass pan over melted butter in, but don't overlap or stir.

Use slotted spoon to place peaches in pan on top of batter.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
