1 1/2 C. peanut butter
1 C. light brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter softened
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 1/2 C. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. M&M's
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray cookie sheet or line w/ parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl combine peanut butter w/ sugars and butter, mix. Mix in eggs and vanilla, then oats and baking soda. Then stir in chips and M&M's.
3. Drop the cookies by heaping spoonfuls on to cookie sheet.
4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
