1 TBSP CINNAMON
1 CUP PECAN PIECES
3 CUPS RAW GRATED CARROTS
FROSTING
1 LB. POWERED SUGAR
1/2 STICK BUTTER
2 TBSP.VANILLA
8 OZ.CREAM CHEESE

PRE~HEAT OVEN 350* SPRAY 13X9 PAN
GRATE 3 CUPS OF CARROTS
MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS W/ CARROTS
POUR IN PAN
BAKE 1 HOUR~COOL
FROSTING :
MIX THE 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER & FROST CAKE
