2 qt plus 1 C granulated sugar
2 pt plus 1 C Flour
2 lbs unsalted butter
2 lbs brown sugar

while butter is still hard cut into cubes
add butter to both the brown and white sugar
need with hands til butter is broken up
add half the flour continue needing add remaining flour and need til butter chunks are got
crumble should hold a shape when squeezed in hand
