1/2 lb grated sharp cheese
2 sticks butter ( not margarine)
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and butter ( butter should set out for several hours and be at room temperature)

Add the remaining ingredients. Squeeze air out of dough with hands and tightly pack into cook press. Make long strips on lightly greased cookie sheet, then cut into lengths you want. Turn under ends so they don't bake together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins
