Garlic
Lemon Pepper
Oil

For the sauce
1 Gal Orange Juice
1 Gal Water
4 C Ginger Minced
1 C Garlic Minced
________________
A/N Chicken Base
A/N Soy
A/N Honey
A/N Corn Starch
Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the chicken over night with the first 3 ingredients

For the sauce:
Combinenext 4 ingredients and bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for about 20 min

Strain mixture into another pot use the next 3 ingredients to adjust seasoning
Thicken with cornstarch
