5 lb. flour
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. lemon pudding
1 1/2 tbsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
12 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon or orange extract.

Directions:
Mix together yeast, 1 cup warm water, and 1/4 cup sugar Set aside.
Mix together oil, sugar, flavorings, eggs, and pudding. In another bowl measure out flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and moist ingredients to flour and kneed. Add water as needed. Continue to kneed mixture for at least 10 minutes. Allow to rise to double in size, punch down. Repeat 2 more times. Form into rings and top with a braided dough ring. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-45 minutes.. Let cool and frost with a white glaze and colored sprinkles..
