Ingredients:

2 cups Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice (use 1 seasoning packet)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Onion Soup
1 can Milk

Directions:
Mix soups and rice in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Lay chicken on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more. Watch carefully - may not take full 2 hours.

This is Mike's mother's recipe from the days when they raised their own chickens and just pulled one out of the freezer. I just use 4-5 chicken breasts. There is no temperature listed, so I use 325 to cook it slow.
