3 (16oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 carrots, grated
¼ c. sugar
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado, cut up and added at the last minute

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl, set aside. In another bowl, add remining ingredients. Blend well. Add sour cream mixture to corn mixture, stir to mix. Refrigerate overnight.
Optional: omit avocado, add ½ c. walnuts to bowl 1; 1 tsp. dill weed to bowl 2
