½ c. honey
2 c. catsup
2 c. chili sauce ( Heinz)
1 lg. onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 c. water
1 stick oleo or butter
½ tsp. monosodium glutamate ( accent)
¼ c. tobacco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ red wine vinegar
brown sugar ( as needed)

In a cooking pan add all together except the vinegar Simmer for 1 hour . Then add you vinegar last. You may use this barbecue sauce on chicken wings , pork or beef brisket.
