⅔ c. Crisco Shortening
1 ½ c sugar
2 egg (yolks) Save the egg whites
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. bananas( mashed)
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. nuts

Directions:

Beat all ingredients except the egg whites. Mix together Beat the egg whites in separate bowl. Then fold them into the mixture. Pour into a greased 12" X 8 " pan. Bake 300 º for 1 hour. When it come out of the oven sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cooled cut it into squares.

This recipie was given to me by Buella Bonds ( a neighbor from on Hudson Ave) . This is a very good recipie for a party. Just love this recipe.
