1 – 32 oz container Chicken Stock
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
½ onions diced
3 stalks celery sliced
3-4 carrots sliced
2-3 diced Potatoes (optional)
1-2 cups mushrooms (optional)
¼ cup butter
1 pound hamburger
1-2 tablespoons garlic (optional)
Pepper and salt to taste
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In fry pan brown hamburger, drain grease and rinse with hot water. While hamburger is browning, in stock pot or Dutch oven over medium heat melt butter and add onions, mushrooms, Garlic, celery and carrots cook until tender. Add Chicken stock, potatoes & Hamburger to vegetables in Dutch oven, turn heat to med- medium high. Once heated completely add Cheeses let melt completely. When Ready to serve, you may add sour cream to the individual servings.

I had a Cheeseburger soup at my sisters house the first time, I didn't have her recipe and I was hunger for it one night and did a search on the internet and found several different recipes and I combined them together to create my own. hope you enjoy it
