1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) package cool whip
3 cups milk
2 (4.5 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and walnuts and press in 9x13 cake pan. Bake @ 350 until golden brown. Cream cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Spread over cookie layer. Spread pudding (follow instructions on box before spreading) over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped walnuts.
