Cilantro lime shrimp with avocado puree Recipe

Ingredients: SHRIMP. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS.
3/4 cup fresh cilantro few crushed garlic cloves
3\4 cumin 1/2 tsp fine sea salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
combine in medium bowl
Add 1 pound fairly large shrimp peeled with tails on marinade for 15 mins
Shrimp can be threaded on skewers or fried lightly in pan
AVACADO puree
2 med or 1 large avocado halved, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 tbsp lime juice salt and pepper place all in small blender
Puree for 20 sec until smooth refrigerate until shrimp ready
Place all on platter with chopped cilantro and serve
