1 c Flour
1/2 c Butter, softened
1 c chopped Pecans
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 c Sugar
1 12 oz container Cool Whip, container
1 6 oz Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 2/3 c Milk
Directions:
Directions:
First Layer
Mix flour, butter and chopped pecans thoroughly by hand. Pat into baking dish. Bake 20 minutes in a 350º oven. Cool completely.

Second Layer
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. fold in half the container of Cool Whip and spread on crust.

Third Layer
Combine instant pudding and milk and spread over second layer.

Fourth Layer
Place remaining Cool whip on top.
