Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Hamburger meat (you can use the cheap stuff because you rinse it) However much you want to make
Taco seasoning
Tortillas
Toppings (cut up tomatoes, onion, sour cream, salsa, cheese, Pico)

Ingredients for pico
Red onion
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Garlic
Olive oil

Directions:
I start browning the hamburger meat in a pan while covered. While the meat is browning I get the pico together. Just cut all the ingredients and mix together. Like a handful of cilantro. Once the meat is browned I strain it and rinse it then put the meat back on stove. I personally add more than it recommends of the taco seasoning and more water I like it a little more moist and the more taco seasoning adds flavor. During the time the taco seasoning is simmering I cut the rest of the toppings and put them in small bowls. For the tortillas I just spread butter on them and fry them in a pan on each side.
