Cheap cut of thin meat… Denver steak, pepper steak, flank steak
Garlic
Beef broccoli packet two if you are making a lot
Broccoli
Onion
Rice
Beef bullion several about one per cup of water more will add some flavor too many will make it too salty find your balance.

Directions:
I cut the steak thin if not already cut that way. Add the beef, garlic, water and beef bullion to a pot. Boil for as long as you can about an hour or hour and a half can do quicker if you want but the longer the more tender the meat. Cook the rice with about a half hour left.

Cut up broccoli and onion, remove a small bowlful of broth add the seasoning packet (s) mix together with a fork add to beef broth mixture. Add broccoli and onion cook until tender (not very long probably about ten minutes.)

Take two tablespoons of butter melt in a separate pan add two tablespoons of flour once combined slowly add about a cup of broth to make a thickened broth add to beef broccoli.

This can be pepper steak as well. Just replace broccoli with green peppers.
