4 c. – miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. – orange juice
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. – cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) carton – Cool Whip
2½ c. – vanilla wafers, crushed (about 60 cookies – almost a full box)
½ c. – butter OR margarine

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows & orange juice. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1½ minutes. Stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Add marshmallow mixture, beat just until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Combine wafer crumbs & butter; set aside ¾ cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Spoon cream cheese filling over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cover & refrigerate for one hour or until set. Store in refrigerator. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
