1½ lb. squash, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 c. sour cream
1 (10¾oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. cornbread stuffing mix including the package seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix margarine and stuffing. Create three layers as follows: Put 1 cup of stuffing in bottom of a 2 qt. buttered casserole dish. Add squash mixture. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
