1 lg. bag frozen French fries (enough to fill a 9x13 glass baking dish)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup (may not need all if not adding meat)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (may not need all if not adding meat)
1 can milk, for desired consistency (or ½ can milk, ½ can sour cream)
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
* 2 lb. ground beef or diced chicken, cooked (if making as main dish)

Preheat oven to 350º-375ºF. In large casserole dish, combine French fries, soups, seasonings and ½ of cheese. * (mix in or layer if adding meat). Bake 30 minutes, then cover top with remaining cheese and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and browning.

This recipe was created from several in an attempt to find the tastiest way to use up 6 -5lb bags of French fries left over from the Bayland Fish Fry! I still have some, if you want to try it.
