1 large can fruit filling (blueberry, peach, apple, cherry, etc.)

1/2 cup flour
3/8 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 tbsp. butter
3/8 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Pour fruit filling into casserole dish.

Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in milk and softened butter. Stir well.

Pour on top of fruit filling. Pour 3/8 cup boiling water on top of batter. Sprinkle with 1/8 cup sugar.

Bake 45 minutes.
