8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (may use more, to taste)
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small jar dried beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, cream cheese, mayo and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add chopped onion and mix.
On wax paper, tear dried beef into small pieces. Spread the length of log.
Remove cream cheese mixture and roll into the shape of log.
Roll this over the dried beef until it is covered in beef.
Place on Saran Wrap® and wrap up. Then wrap in foil.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
