2 tbsp. butter
5 c. green cabbage, shredded
2 medium onions, chopped
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. ground beef, pre-cooked
salt and pepper
15 oz. tomato sauce, plain or seasoned
1-2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Melt butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Add the following in layers: Cabbage, onions, potatoes, beef, salt and pepper, and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook on stove top for 20-30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese.
