5 tablespoons meringue powder
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon clear vanilla
1 teaspoon additional flavor extract
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place meringue powder, cream of tartar, water and flavoring in a bowl. Mix on high until the mixture is frothy. Add powdered sugar and start mixing on low. Mixture will quickly become thick and difficult to mix. Add corn syrup till mixing becomes a bit easier again. Mix on low for about 3-5 minutes. When finished cover with plastic wrap or put in tupperware.
