1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. white sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Place brown sugar, Crisco, white sugar, flour and oatmeal in bowl and mix by hand until crumbly, then reserve 1/2 c. crumbs for topping. Add buttermilk, baking soda, salt, eggs, and vanilla and mix very little with mixer. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake about 30 minutes at 350ºF.
