2 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb.Greek (feta) cheese, crumbled
1 egg
3 Tbl. butter or margarine,melted

1 pkg. prepared phyllo pastry or strudel pastry leaves
1 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
1- Make filling; In small bowl of electric mixer combine cream cheese, feta cheese, egg and 3 Tbl. butter;beat at medium speed until well blended and smooth.

2-Preheat oven to 400ºF.

3- Place two leaves of phyllo pastry on board; brush with melted butter. Cut lengthwise into strips 2" wide.

4-Place 1 heaping tsp. filling at end of strip. Fold over one corner to opposite side, to make a triangle. Continue folding,keeping triangle shape,to end of strip. Arrange on brown paper-lined cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining strips.

5-Repeat with other pastry leaves.

6-Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.

7-Cool on wire rack. Arrange in single layer on tray. Freeze. When frozen hard,remove from tray,freezer wrap. Freeze until serving.

8-To serve; Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange frozen pastries on brown-paper lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 min. or until heated through. Serve at once.
