1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup chopped sunflower seeds, unsalted
2 tablespoons applesauce
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together flowers and sunflower seeds
2. Add applesauce, peanut butter, and molasses. Stir well
3. In separate bowl, mix together eggs and milk
Add to dough. If too dry, add more milk until firm dough is achieved
4. Knead for a few minutes. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness
Cut into desired shapes (cookie cutters)
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until brown and firm
*Optional - brush the tops of the biscuits with molasses
Store in the refrigerator
