3 c. cubed cooked chicken
8 c. dry bread crumbs
1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. rubbed sage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread crumbs in large bowl. Add enough chicken broth to moisten. Add soup. Mix well. Stir in all ingredients but the chicken. Grease a 9 by 13 inch pan. Make five layers of dressing and chicken. Start and end with dressing. Bake at 300º for 1 hour. Keep casserole moist with additions of broth while baking.
