-2 carrots, shredded
-1 zucchini, shredded (40 calories per cup)
-1 cup quick oats
-1 egg
-1 tsp salt
-1 tbsp Italian spices
-1 onion, chopped
-1/2 red onion, chopped
-a few cloves of garlic, minced
-a squirts of ketchup and dijon mustard
-1 lb ground chicken

-Saute the onions and garlic, let cool.
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Combine all ingredients and divide into 12 muffin tins (can add part of a ball of mozzarella cheese if you want)
-Cook for 20 minutes or until meat thermonitor reads 165.
