6 Pork Chops
3 Lg Potatoes, sliced
1 Lg White Onion, sliced
5 Carrots, sliced
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in well greased, 9x13 pan.
2. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, then cover with sliced onions and rinsed potatoes and carrots.
3. Spread Cream of Mushroom soup over top.
4. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until tender.
