1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chunky style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar, beating until thick. Add butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and coconut. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting. Bake on a large cookie sheet.
