1 lb chocolate chips
10 T unsalted butter
5 egg yolks beaten
5 eggs whites beaten to stiff peaks
2 c whipping cream
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Grated or shaved chocolate curls for garnish

Directions:
Butter 9" springform pan. Melt butter and chocolate chips in double boiler, mix until smooth. Pour into large bowl and cool slightly. Stir eggs yolks into chocolate mixture. Fold in egg whites tempering first. Bake 12 minutes at 375º. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool in pan overnight. Run knife around edge of pan before releasing. Whip vanilla, sugar and whipping cream together. Spread over cake and garnish with grated or shaved chocolate curls.
