8 Chicken thighs
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice

Thickening agent (if needed):
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in single layer in a baking dish with skin side up.
Mix together next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken.
Let marinade for 2 plus hours.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan, baste with sauce and continue baking for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked.

If sauce needs thickening, remove chicken, add water and cornstarch mixture. Sir and cook until sauce is thickened. Arrange chicken on dish and spoon the sauce over it.
